• Created operational observability: 23 automated checks every 30 minutes and a dead-man's switch, after silent failures of the WhatsApp provider.
• Designed Articula and Pulso, clinic management systems with CRM, from design system to clickable prototypes (52 and 40+ screens; 5 and 6 access profiles).
